I’m pleased to share our 2022-23 Progress Report: Next steps on the path to accessible justice.
The report highlights what we focused on over the past year to provide better access to justice while also assessing where we can improve. Some of the most important steps we’ve taken down the path to a more accessible justice system include:
- Designing new Rules of Procedure to make our appeal process easier for people to understand and use
- Continuing to work on a proactive approach to case management for Canada Pension Plan and Old Age Security appeals
- Launching a survey to learn more about the people who use our service so we can design our process around their needs
I invite you to take a moment to read our report and share any feedback with us. Continuous improvement is at the centre of what we do. We’ll keep looking for ways to serve you better.
