If you care about access to justice, consider applying to become a Tribunal member.

We have both full-time and part-time Tribunal members, who work from their homes throughout the country. Although members work remotely, regional representation is important to accommodate appellants who wish to have in-person hearings.

We also want our members to represent the population of Canada. As such, Indigenous people, people with disabilities, and people of visible minority groups are strongly encouraged to apply, regardless of where they are located in Canada.
