Some respondents said they had difficulty connecting to the hearing, experienced audio or video issues at the hearing or experienced multiple issues during the hearing. Among these respondents, a few also said they had difficulty using digital platforms, like Zoom, to participate or connect to their virtual hearing.
Do you have any other comments to share?
We received 61 comments. Many respondents noted having a positive experience interacting with SST staff throughout the appeal process and found navigators easy to reach. A few respondents suggested providing more guidance and information on the hearing process.
