Keep an eye out for our Gender Based Analysis Plus (GBA+) online survey

At the Social Security Tribunal, one of our ongoing priorities is the use of Gender Based Analysis Plus (GBA+). The GBA+ analytical tools will help us better understand our clients and improve our services. This fall, we’ll be sending out an online survey. Anyone who submits a Notice of Appeal and agrees to email communication will receive the survey by email.

This short survey of 10 demographic questions is voluntary and confidential. We’ll then analyse the GBA+ data and create a report that we’ll share with you. The information gathered will help us understand how we’re doing and where we can improve.
