How is our new website doing?

Since we launched our new website several months ago, I’d like to share an update on how it’s been performing and what we plan to do next.

I’m happy to report that our recent client survey shows that 95% of visitors were able to find what they were looking for. This is a significant increase from our previous website! We’re pleased that our users are able to navigate our site with ease.

But we also heard people would like to see more visual representation of information. To that end, we’ve taken the following steps:

In addition, we’ve added a glossary to our website to explain complicated legal terms in a way that’s easy to understand. Our hope is that this will make the process more accessible.

Another upcoming improvement is adding a decision search function that will allow you to browse our decisions by theme. We expect this will be ready this summer.

As always, continuous improvement is at the heart of our approach. While we plan to conduct more user testing as we go forward, we invite you to share any feedback you have with us. We value your input!
