Access to justice is one of our core values. If you need accommodation or interpretation, we’re here to help.

Accommodation and accessibility procedure

We want to make sure you can fully participate in our proceedings, including your hearing. We’ll provide accommodation (alternate arrangements) for people who have needs related to a disability or anything else in the Canadian Human Rights Act to remove barriers to participation and ensure access to our services.

Interpreters and translation

During your appeal process, you can communicate with us in English or French. If it’s difficult for you to communicate in either of these languages, we have services available to help you.
