Charter challenge notice

Complete this form if you want to argue that a law has violated your rights under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms opens a new window  (Charter), so the law doesn’t apply to your appeal. This type of argument is called a Charter challenge. Your Charter challenge will be part of your appeal before the Social Security Tribunal (SST).
