  • The Attorney General of Canada
  • The Minister of Justice and Solicitor General of Alberta
  • The Attorney General of British Columbia
  • The Attorney General of Manitoba
  • The Attorney General of New Brunswick
  • The Attorney General of Newfoundland and Labrador
  • The Attorney General of Northwest Territories
  • The Attorney General of Nova Scotia
  • The Minister of Justice of Nunavut
  • The Attorney General of Ontario
  • The Attorney General of Prince Edward Island
  • The Attorney General of Québec
  • The Attorney General of Saskatchewan
  • The Minister of Justice of Yukon

Then, complete this Declaration. Keep all proof that you sent the notices to each Attorney General’s office. For example, keep:

  • registered letter receipts
  • a copy of the fax reports
