Statistics on published decisions
As part of our commitment to transparency, we provide statistics on how many decisions we publish to our website.
We publish decisions because it can be helpful to see cases similar to yours when preparing for your appeal. You can visit the Tribunal and court decisions page to search for cases similar to yours or to learn what kinds of decisions we publish.
Number of final decisions published in the 2026 to 2027 fiscal year
These statistics show the number of final decisions we publish for each of our divisions. We update this number quarterly.

We also published seven General Division Employment Insurance (EI) decisions from April to June 2026. The number of General Division EI decisions that we publish will continue to decrease as we shut down operations for that section. Since April 1, 2026, first-level EI appeals are heard by the Employment Insurance Board of Appeal.
