As part of our commitment to transparency, we provide statistics on how many decisions we publish to our website.
We publish decisions because it can be helpful to see cases similar to yours when preparing for your appeal. You can visit the Tribunal and court decisions page to search for cases similar to yours or to learn what kinds of decisions we publish.
