    Get general information about the appeal process or ask specific questions about your appeal if you don’t have a navigator.
  • Navigators
    We offer a navigator service to better support people who don’t have a professional representative, like a lawyer. Our navigators are specialized staff with in-depth knowledge of the appeal process.
  • Accessibility, interpretation and translation
    We want to make sure you can fully participate in our proceedings. Get information on our procedures for interpretation, translation, accommodation and accessibility.
  • Other SST decisions
    When you’re preparing your appeal, you might find it useful to read decisions on cases that are like yours. We publish:
    • Many decisions issued by our General Division
    • All General Division decisions that went on to have a decision at the Appeal Division
    • All Appeal Division decisions (except decisions based on written agreements)
